Responsibilities
Maintain and organize office files and documents, ensuring they are properly labeled and easily accessible
Assist with data entry and documentation
Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
Provide administrative support to various departments, handling expense reports, and processing invoices
Undertake occasional research, such as collecting data and compiling reports
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
