Yokohama TWS North America, Inc Changeover Technician FULL-TIME $21/hr 1200 Rove Ave, Charles City, IA 50616 This job position ensures compliance with legal and other regulations, IMS principles. - Creates favorable working conditions and ensures safety and health at work. - Collaborates with different departments to meet the assigned tasks and requirements - Responsible for setting up machine for operator to run scheduled size of tire - Lubricate disks and hubs as needed - Force is not tolerated for any application or use on any machinery - Conduct lubrication of all lubrication points on all drums at intervals of 200 tires - Maintain a log for all disks and drums for all work done by changeover technician or maintenance - Inform supervisor of any non-conformities in a timely manner - Check gaskets during all changeovers and replace if worn or damaged - Inform supervisor when supply of gaskets is getting low - Adjust machine settings - using defined recipe - The position holder is also required to perform other individual tasks as instructed by his supervisor that are given by the nature of his job mission or arise due to other imperative corporate necessities Schedule - Shift start: 2:00PM - Shift length: 8 - 14 hours - Days: 2nd - Monday - Friday. Some Saturdays (2 per month). 3rd - Sunday night- Thursday.
