The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily meetings to discuss production goals, managing hiring processes, and interviewing potential production employees.Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of up to 30 production workers.
Conduct daily meetings to discuss and set production goals.
Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing production employees.
Track and analyze KPIs to ensure production efficiency.
Implement lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement strategies.
Apply Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards.
Collaborate with management to prepare for production operations.
Essential Skills
Production management experience.
Supervisory skills with the ability to manage up to 30 production workers.
Experience in lean manufacturing.
Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong capability in tracking KPIs and improving production efficiency.
Ability to conduct effective meetings regarding production goals.
