Brand and Community Partnership Specialist IIThe Brand and Community Partnerships Specialist II will coordinate partnerships to grow the bank through brand amplification, client development, and people engagement. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high impact marketing programs to fully activate all bank brand and community partnerships.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assists the development of annual Brand & Community Partnerships annual plan, including strategies, programs, campaigns and budgets.
Implements comprehensive marketing programs that drive national brand awareness and build EverBank credibility and consideration with clients and prospects.
Assists in execution of brand and community partnerships including advertising, television, radio, social media, press releases, internal and external public relations and other media outlets as appropriate.
Collaborates with other business lines to implement campaigns and to facilitate revenue-generating hospitality events using partnership assets.
Provides measurement and analytics to report and evaluate key metrics associated with partnership programs.
Develops and implements associate volunteer strategies to ensure CRA service hour assessment success.
Develops and implements EverBank Builds programs to meaningfully engage associates nationwide.
