Must live a commutable distance to Cedar Falls, IA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assists on-site and off-site Project Management staff as follows:

Creates bottle orders

Schedules courier or Service Center pick ups or drop offs as needed

Creates and issues final report by client due date

Issues final data package

Completes state reporting forms and submissions

Completes data uploads

Compiles case narrative

Invoicing and payment processing

Reviews final invoice before issuing to client

Generates credit/debit memos as needed and submits for approvals

Answers phone and redirects calls to Project Managers

Assists with sample receiving as follows:

Reviews log-in

Assists with unpacking coolers during high receipt periods

Uploads sample receipt paperwork to LIMS and files hard-copies

Assists with sample control when client requests changes to jobs such as relocating or relabeling samples

Confirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded in LIMS for invoicing

Basic Minimum Qualifications

Associatedegree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree)

High school Chemistry coursework, basic laboratory experience

Environmental laboratory experience

Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Ideal Candidates will have:

Customer service/client relationsexperience preferred

Prior lab experience isa plus

Strong interpersonal skills

Effective problem-solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Computer skills, using routine software applications, such as Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
