Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Community Services Coordinator within the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. This individual will perform a wide variety of administrative and support services for the ScreenNJ Program managed by the Rutgers Cancer Health Equity Center of Excellence (CHECoE). This position is responsible for providing various logistical support for ScreenNJ partnership development, assisting in the planning and execution of departmental activities such as ScreenNJ partnership coordination, training, and community grant support. This also includes support of ScreenNJ resources, activities, and budgets to ensure cross-functional alignment, progress towards goals, and consistent communication to partners, staff, funders, and other stakeholders.Among the key duties for this position are the following:Responsible for the administrative support of the CHECoE and ScreenNJ Community Grant program including the Request for Application (RFP) and review process, award notifications, routine monitoring to ensure program progress, reporting, and invoicing, and leveling up performance concerns to manager for guidance and resolution.Coordinates individualized technical assistance and partnership development meetings and communications with Community Grant recipients and healthcare partner organizations.Coordinates monthly scheduled partner resource sharing, technical assistance, and education meetings.Coordinates and supports strategic efforts and effective communication development, including editing, and distribution to engage patients, partners, and community members in cancer prevention and early detection programs and services.Maintains and updates knowledge, skills, and abilities related to job duties and ScreenNJ program activities, services, and partner needs.
