Senior Product Managers will oversee more of a very large and complex Product or is responsible for multiple products at least some of which are still in the earlier stages of the product lifecycle. Senior Product Managers are expected to coach and oversee any Product Managers or Assistant Product Managers aligned to their assigned products.Basic QualificationsMinimum Degree Required (BQ)Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ)7 year(s)Preferred Knowledge/SkillsDemonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

Managing projects by defining and achieving project outcomes and meeting project key performance metric targets;

Utilizing and applying into projects knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications;

Exploring new technologies and assembling and managing product teams by working closely with engineering team and stakeholders;

Working in small multidisciplinary teams to help build products that are beneficial to our consultants and their clients;

Remaining flexible while working to define and design requirements;

Establishing a successful collaboration model with business leadership teams and functional leadership teams;

Presenting at meetings and conferences to create awareness of product strategy and generate excitement for future business opportunities;

Providing stakeholder feedback to address and take action to meet the firm's strategic goals;

Representing stakeholders and setting product and project vision;

Working with the development team, by creating and managing a product road-map;

Prioritizing new features/development and establishing that execution is completed;

Managing/coaching small multidisciplinary product teams and collaborating with designers, business users, and developers to innovate and drive product development;

Being an influential voice on behalf of the customer, thinking about their needs and the reflection of those needs in the products we deliver;

Producing visual prototype and functions working closely with user experience team as applicable;

Developing materials and supporting the user acceptance testing of the application ready for piloting or use;

Communicating value propositions;

Confirming product readiness for pilot and deployment, working with the implementation team;

Working closely with scrum agile team in order to execute, test, and pilot the product features;

Demonstrating knowledge of SAFE Agile practices/framework and ADO; and,

Working with Business SME to leverage their specific subject matter expertise and translate that into effective business requirements for the Product.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
