SummaryThe Team Lead-RN will work closely with leadership to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives. The Team Lead-RN works in a charge nurse capacity providing leadership, clinical expertise and functional direction to team members in order to ensure the continuity of patient services. Provides shift coordination across departments and within the nursing division to ensure appropriate staffing mix and adherence to quality standards.
