Our primary focus is earning the trust of our customers which is why our Vision is:Be the Most Trusted & Valued PartnerFor Branded Products & ServicesPosition Summary The role of the Business Development Ambassador is to make relevant, sincere, and quality outbound calls to a defined group of customers providing information regarding our products and services. This position will focus heavily on mining for potential new opportunities to drive revenue in an underpenetrated customer base. The Business Development Ambassador will also provide resolutions for our customers to achieve a positive customer experience and ensure continued loyalty and customer support. Responsibilities
Responsible for growing revenue within a designated, under penetrated, and high opportunity customer base
Prospect calling to a secondary group of customers to uncover growth opportunities
Effectively educate customers on company value proposition including products, services, marketing tools and resources to increase sales activity
Maintain a strong contact cycle with customers creating and/or executing callout campaigns as touch points to increase sales opportunities
Follow up on all Large Orders over $1,000.00 for New and Existing customers
Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and effective use of available marketing tools and resources
Effectively use probing skills to develop and continuously update customer profile in CRM
Prepare and communicate quotes
Identify and report trends in the Promotional Product Industry
Communicate customer opportunities that would be better served by an Outside Account Executive and Inside Account Manager
Follow up with Social Media inquiries/comments/ and questions
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
At least 1 year of relevant experience within a high paced sales or service environment
Preferred wholesale or distribution-related experience
Ability to work with independently, be self-driven, and money motivated
Good communication skills, problem solving, and critical thinking
Proven/demonstrated ability to present and administer role playing in a group setting
Ability to work efficiently with other departments
