Customer Service Inside Sales Rep

Kryger Glass is currently seeking an Customer Service Representative for our Omaha Market. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest.

This is a full-time hourly position in a very busy service center that includes benefits & vacation time. Position reports to our office in the Millard area.

We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency.

Bilingual is a plus.

Hours are M-F, 8 am to 5 pm. Salary is $16-$18/hour, depending on experience.

We are a casual work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

> Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders

> Determines charges for parts requested

> Accounts Receivable duties

> Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.

> Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications include the following:

> Customer Service Skills: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs

> Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

> Strong organizational skills

> Is consistently at work and on time.
