Client Services Position Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital

Seeking full and part time candidates for our Client Services Team. We are looking for professional, positive, energetic, and compassionate individuals, who enjoy working with people and animals. Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited, privately owned hospital that opened in 1982. We are a multi-doctor practice providing full-service, compassionate veterinary care.

Skills and Duties needed to be a team member:

Ability to communicate effectively in a kind and compassionate manner ( with clients, team members, other hospitals).

Bayleaf is a busy medical office that requires accurate, detail oriented, efficient and reliable skill sets.

Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required.

Welcoming and checking patients in and out of the office as well as taking payments are daily duties

Ability to answer phone calls on a multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner

Communicating messages in a clear and concise manner (written, verbal & electronic)
