LEAD LABORERS NEEDED (Experienced)

Laborer 2:

Qualifications: Three years or more of general construction or remodeling experience.

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Full time W-2

Eligibility: U.S. Citizens or possess a valid government work permit.

Work Schedule: Normal work hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm. Optional weekends and overtime may be available as needed.

Pay Range: (Depending on experience)

Job Skills: Possess the ability to work with minimal to no supervision independently or as a lead member of a team. All work is to be completed in a respectful and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

CAN HANDLE MULTIPLE WORK LOADS AS WELL AS TEACH AND LEAD OTHER INDIVIDUALS

Closed toes shoes, no sandals allowed.

Must possess own tools. (Basic hand tools, drills, cutting tools)

Must have OWN reliable transportation.

Examples of work for this position include but are not limited to the following

Painting interior walls and trim.

Drywall repair and finishing

Wall framing and repair
