Moving Assistant
THE JOB:
We are a fun and creative interior design and home staging firm looking for a team player with a great work ethic to assist with our deliveries and installations. We are seeking a Moving Assistant to work with our Lead/Driver to perform staging and interior design installations 5 days per week. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Advancement opportunities exist.
THE CANDIDATE:
The right candidate will be punctual, collaborative, energetic, handy, fun, and willing to roll up their sleeves and do what is needed. They will also:
Have the strength and stamina to lift heavy items (50+ lbs individually or 100+ in a team lift) repeatedly while maneuvering through tight spaces, up and down stairs, and in and out of a truck. Must know (or be willing to learn) proper lifting technique.
Be able to pack a truck carefully and securely, working with the lead; wrap and move furniture in and out of staged homes without damage.
Be familiar with the operation of basic tools to repair, assemble or disassemble furniture.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Be professional, positive, friendly and have a good attitude with co-workers and clients.
Applicants must:
Have a reliable source of transportation (to and from warehouse) and a phone.

ABOUT US:
We are an established home staging company and interior design firm providing services in the greater Seattle area. Our team is small, but mighty, fun and irreverent and we always have each other’s backs. We work Monday-Friday; weekends off.
Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience.
