Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients in person or virtually to identify their life and health insurance needs.

Educate clients on the insurance options available through Globe Life - Liberty National Division and guide them in choosing the best coverage.

Proactively seek out new clients through networking, and referrals.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and retention.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and increasing your client base.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Ability: Prior sales experience is a plus, but if you have a drive for success and a passion for helping others, we want to talk to you.

Licensed (or Willing to Get Licensed): Life/Health insurance licenses are preferred. We offer assistance to help the right candidates get licensed.

Self-Motivated: You thrive in a commission-based environment and are eager to control your income.

Strong Communication Skills: You can easily build rapport with clients, explain complex insurance products, and establish trust.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable using digital platforms for client management and virtual meetings.
