This position plays a vital role in our industry and for our company. The position requires a mature leader mentality as well as the ability to be a self-starter and able to follow detailed directions. Our team must be prepared to reach and maintain a very high level of professionalism, cleanliness, sanitation, and organizational skills within our facility and our job sites. This individual must also possess the qualities and attitude to uphold a one-team mentality with the rest of the staff and take ownership of the role and responsibilities within the position.

Skills and Qualities:

1. Organization - Having organizational skills enables moving/packing/structural cleaning/personal property cleaning to arrange things in an orderly and unique way. Following industry standards and being effective in both verbal and written communications. Following CC Restoration protocols and maintaining a quality of work and organization.

2. Moving Abilities - Technicians will be required to carefully handle, wrap protect, move, and load furniture of varying sizes and weights. The ability to lift up to 100 lbs. is a must. The ability to learn and adhere to proper techniques for safety and efficiency is a must—the willingness to work in a team environment to achieve project goals in a timely manner.

3. Cleaning Skills - With this skill; movers/packers/cleaners will be able to handle and restore glass, cloths, wood, and other personal belongings consistently. They should handle them carefully to avoid damaging homeowner’s personal properties.

3. Honesty/Integrity - We value honesty and integrity above all. We require each employee to conduct themselves professionally, honestly, and with integrity. We require effective communication with teammates, team leads, supervisors, and clients when appropriate and in a timely manner.

4. Attention to Detail - Movers/Cleaners/Packers need the ability to load and unload vaults and trucks consciously, pay attention, follow detailed directions, and be accountable for relaying timely project updates and information to their supervisor in a clear manner. They will be trained to and are required to assess the cleaning needs of personal property and clearly communicate back to their project managers throughout the day. Ensure everything is properly cleaned, inventoried, or packed back/moved back to its appropriate location. Technicians will be required to take photos of and identify damaged items, ensuring all items have been inspected before packing. Completing inventories of personal property/furniture packed or moved and other filing/tracking reports with organized effectiveness.

5. Active Listening - The ability to listen to team leads or project manager’s instructions.

6. Packing - The ideal candidate must have a leader mentality and be teachable as well as be willing to learn the CC Restoration protocols in moving/packing/inventorying so that our client’s personal contents are safely packed and inventoried.
