JANITORIAL / CLEANING WANTED – PART-TIME

We are a multifamily property maintenance company with buildings in Hollywood, West Hollywood and West Los Angeles and other parts of Los Angeles County.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning person to join our team part-time. You will be responsible for maintaining 5-8 properties, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-kept for our tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform weekly and bi-weekly cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.

Ensure common areas, and exterior spaces are clean and well-maintained.

Communicate effectively with property management to address issues promptly.

Reliable transportation – You will be traveling between properties. You must have a car and insurance.

Flexible and adaptable – Willing to handle different tasks and adjust to property needs

Attention to detail - Strive for cleanliness and excellence in all tasks.

Time management – Ability to prioritize and stay on schedule.

Bilingual (preferred) – English and Spanish speaking is a plus.
