Tip pooling house.
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
Must have ability to stand and move around the operation for long periods of time.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Must have experience on a grill or broiler.
Also,
Must have experience on a high volume sauté station and/ or brunch egg station experience.

Meal and lunch break
Four day work week
Three days off per week

Also, must have at least two years experience in any of the stations listed above and must have worked in one kitchen for over 12 months in the last three years.
If you have been away from the kitchen for more than 6 months this might not be the place for you.
