Sales Order Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking aSales Coordinatorwith a background in manufacturing or automotive industries. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth sales operations.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and tracking shipments.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order status, and sales activities.
Coordinate between sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports, track key performance metrics, and support sales forecasting efforts.
Handle customer service tasks, such as resolving product or delivery issues promptly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous automotive or manufacturing experience/knowledge is preferred.
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
