Penn State York is looking to hire a Part-Time Ticket Office Lead for Event Days. The Ticket Lead will oversee the ticket sales operations, ensuring efficient management of ticket sellers, overseeing ticket holds, and providing customer service for the day of events only. This role involves problem-solving to address any issues that arise before and during the event on a show day, ensuring a smooth experience for both staff and customers.

Job DutiesTeam Management

Supervise and support ticket sellers, providing guidance and assisting with problem solving.

Ticket Holds Management

Oversee the allocation and management of ticket holds.

Pulling comp tickets for artists.

Customer Service

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Resolve ticketing issues, including refunds, exchanges, and special requests, maintaining a positive customer experience.

Problem-Solving

Troubleshooting ticket problems, finding effective solutions.
