The Equipment Sales and Plant Services (ESPS) Business Area is responsible for the global equipment and services sales to third party customers and Air Products joint ventures of industrial gas equipment and processes. In this role, you will assist our Account Managers in all facets of the ESPS business area including scope development and cost estimate preparation, project proposal preparation, project execution, and O&M project management. You will work with various members of our Business support and engineering teams including Marketing, Business Development, Decision Support, Accounting, Legal, Project Development, Engineering, and Operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:Engineering/OperationsExecute work and perform studies at customer owned plantsAct as the Air Products Project Manager on small projects for ESPS customersResponsible for project schedules and budgets, execution plans, managing subcontractors, and leading update meetings.Partner with Air Products engineering and operations teams to develop and execute projects and servicesDevelop working knowledge of Air Products technology so capabilities and benefits can be communicated externallyLead technical contact for key O&M and TSP accountsCommercialPrepare Proposals including commercial and technical aspectsParticipate and Lead customer engagement meetingsManage projects from proposal development through execution to close-outDevelop offerings that will provide value to customersProvide both competitive and operational feedback to the Air Products Standard Products Engineering and Product Development teamsMinimum Hiring Requirements:
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering.
2+ years of project execution experience.
Financial and marketing experience is preferred but not required.#LI-Onsite
