Description We are seeking a skilled FP& A Manager to join our team in the Machinery Manufacturing industry located in LaVergne, Tennessee. In this role, you will lead our company's financial forecasting and budgeting processes, analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve the company's financial performance.Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasts. Develop and maintain the company's budgeting process and systems. Analyze current and previous financial data to identify trends in financial performance. Conduct cost-benefit analysis, scenario analysis, and risk assessment to advise on the financial implications of business decisions. Deliver accurate and comprehensive financial reports to the management team and stakeholders. Collaborate with management to offer insights and consultancy supporting business initiatives. Develop strategies to improve financial performance and profitability. Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Provide financial models and forecasting to facilitate strategic decisions. Use skills in SAP, Corporate Financial Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A), Commercial Finance to improve and streamline financial processes. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field within the Machinery Manufacturing industry Proficiency in using SAP software Strong skill set in Corporate Financial Planning Demonstrable experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Advanced knowledge in Commercial Finance Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required; an MBA or relevant certification (such as CMA or CPA) is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization High level of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively Must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of standard accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
