This is an opportunity with tremendous growth potential for very motivated individuals that observe a strong work ethic.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a technology consulting senior, you are expected to be an active contributor in terms of your knowledge and experience in technology transformation and your ability to assist practitioners throughout the creation and successful delivery of work products. The senior consultant will take direction and guidance from both project team and client resources and 1) perform tasks to prepare and complete work products with minimal daily supervision, and 2) delegate tasks to more junior level resources and manage the ground-level activities of the team to bring work products to completion. You will be a critical member of the team working with our program leads and key SMAs to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive solution will be delivered on-time and on-budget to the utmost satisfaction of our clients. You will be a part of client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Minimum requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Finance, or a related field and at least 4 years of related work experience

A minimum of 4 years of professional work experience with a mid-to-large size public accounting firm, professional consulting firm, or within industry (financial services, technology)

A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting technology delivery project / product management

Hands-on experience in the design, development and delivery of solutions or infrastructure and managing large-scale programs including:

Business process and workflow design

Business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping

Ability to design and create an effective IT environment for business operations, aligned to the overall business purpose and activities

Knowledge of development and operations (DevOps) practices for software configuration, integration and deployment to various platforms and operating environments

Quality Assurance and Testing

Data Modeling and Lineage

Exceptional core consulting skills (e.g., creative thinking, problem solving, client and stakeholder management)

Working collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Willingness to travel up to 80%

Ideally, you will also have:

Post-graduate / Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Finance or a related field

Demonstrated experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically one of the following domains

Commercial lending (Loan origination, Loan accounting)

Commercial client onboarding

Payments

Treasury and cash management

Trade finance and supply chain finance

Small business banking or small and medium enterprise (SME) banking

Certifications in Program and/or Project Management Practices (e.g., PgMP, PMP, Agile (Scrum, Scaled etc.))

If you’re serious about auditing and ready to take on some of our clients’ most complex issues, this role is for you.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
