Interlocking Paver Sales Project Manager Needed
Overview:
Accurate Pavers is seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team at Accurate Pavers. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from initial contact and site evaluation to overseeing the project’s installation and completion. As the primary point of contact for our clients, the Sales Representative ensures a seamless and positive customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Promptly respond to inbound leads and inquiries, following up on referrals and potential customers to generate new business.
- Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to measure customer properties, assess project needs, and evaluate site conditions.
- Estimations: Prepare detailed and competitive project estimates based on measurements, materials, and labor costs.
- Project Coordination: Order materials, schedule labor, and obtain necessary permits to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
- Project Oversight: Monitor the progress of installations, coordinate with installers, and ensure the work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Final Inspections: Finalize and inspect completed projects to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction, addressing any final adjustments as needed.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, estimates, and project statuses using CRM and project management software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction, landscaping, or home improvement industries.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to take accurate property measurements and create detailed project estimates.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project management best practices.
- Familiarity with obtaining permits and managing project logistics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and exceed customer expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and estimating software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Preferred:
- Experience in paver installation or hardscaping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
