We are excited to open a Shift Lead position at our Kapa'a location.

This position must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and assist the manager in some maintenance tasks including unloading a pallet monthly, helping train new team members and ensuring quality.

Holey Grail Donuts was birthed in 2018 in a red food trailer in Hanalei. The dream was to encapsulate the beauty and magic of the island in delicious, made-to-order donuts. We focus on the utilization of Hawaii grown ingredients such as taro, chocolate, vanilla and fruits, served with delicious coffee and tea beverages featuring housemade cashew/coconut milk. We deliver a weekly rotating menu and fry our doughs to order in organic coconut oil.

Holey Grail has become a must visit destination for locals as well as visitors. The music is pumping and the feel good vibes are contagious. We are looking for more donut artists/customer experience specialists to help us deliver up donut bliss to the masses. We have an amazing workplace culture in Hanalei and hope to expand our team with those who who value working and playing hard.

Donut Prophets are cross trained and work in these three roles:

Vibe Conductor - setting the tone, creating a fun and engaging experience for guests, and providing product education

Donut Artist - frying, glazing and topping beautiful donuts with strong attention to detail

BOH/Reinforcement - Following recipes to make nut milk, matcha, chai, coffee, poi, preparing toppings, restocking and dishes

Shift leads are exemplary Donut Prophets, master and lead opening and closing shifts, assist with training and managing breaks. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work within safety guidelines in operating a hot fryer. Full detailed job description available. We are open 7 am - 4 pm.

- MUST HAVE some weekend availability. At least Sat or Sun.

- Dependability - showing up for scheduled shifts

-Positive vibes

-Able to multitask and stay centered during busy times

-A collaborative, team player with excellent communication skills

-Ability to lift 50+ pounds

-Willing to get your hands dirty - we do keep the place clean!

-Superb customer service skills - humor and compassion are a plus

-Capable of ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and aesthetic for every donut and drink served
