Team Leader / Manufacturing

A hands-on team leader is needed. Must have complete set of skills, including welding, fabrication, millwright, and communication / paperwork. Experience in these skills is a requirement. This person would be responsible for a team working for our customers in the manufacturing sector, and would be working alongside his team members. Our customers are normally within a 100-mile radius of our office / workshop. Some examples of the work to be performed is: moving, installing, or relocating manufacturing machinery, repairs, such as, removing, and reinstalling large electric motors to be sent for repair, installing pallet racking, installing in house fabricated items in manufacturing facilities. Our company provides services when the manufacturing facility cannot perform the needed service for themselves. Communication skills are required. The person must be able to communicate to team members, company management persons, suppliers, and customers. Hourly rate is negotiable. Health insurance, and 401K retirement programs are available.
