Food Handler at Christmas Market

We are seeking a skilled food handler to join our team for the Minneapolis Christkindl Market. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating proficiency in food preparation. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards of our stand.

During this outdoor Holiday event, you will be working at our spaetzle stand. This is an outdoor event so it can get cold! The event runs: Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 5 weekends in a row starting Nov 22nd - Dec 22nd.

Duties:

- Scoop Spaetzles and sauce in a bowl

- Pour cider in cups

- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized food stand

- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery

- Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a food handler in a restaurant

- Can follow instructions

- Knowledge of food preparation methods and dietary requirements

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality

- Able to work at least 6 shifts during the market season: Friday/Saturday and Sunday starting Nov.22nd - Dec 22nd

Pay & Benefits:

- $18/hr + Tips
