Office Assistant
Summary: Assist Administration with requested daily tasks related to all business operations
Responsibilities/Duties:
Answer phones and direct calls. This includes taking messages in message book with callers name, phone number and reason for call. Assisting with customer inquiries, orders, complaints and files paperwork. Organized is a must.
Learns and assists as needed Operations Manager with packing of online orders as needed.
Education/Training/ Experience: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skill(s):
Good reading, writing, communication and mathematical skills
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
Be detail oriented with good business sense
Computer Skills/Good knowledge and utilization of all MS Office Programs
Maintain a good teamwork spirit and attitude while flexible and eager to learn – a “Can Do Attitude”
