Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to promote and sell our concrete coating services. This commission-based role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule while earning competitive commissions based on your sales performance. We are looking for someone who is motivated, self-sufficient, and eager to grow with us long-term.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Present and promote our concrete coating solutions to prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with the Alpha Lux team to align on marketing strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
A desire for long-term growth within the company.
Knowledge of concrete coatings and related products is a plus but not required.
