We are a small law firm in the Houston Galleria area, specializing in income tax, corporate planning, financing, entity structuring, and wealth maintenance for closely held businesses and their principal owners. Our team provides comprehensive legal services in corporate law and related financings, real estate, estate & gift, and related financial matters. We are also affiliated with a financial services group specializing in captive insurance management.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join us in serving our established client base on a half time to full time basis. This role involves working on corporate and income tax-related matters for closely held businesses, with some exposure to real estate law.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on Texas, Delaware and Wyoming corporate matters, including ongoing corporate maintenance, entity structuring, mergers, operating agreements, and partnership agreements.

Collaborate with experienced senior lawyers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on Texas, Delaware and Wyoming domiciles.

Strong background in business law and partnership agreements.

Self-starter with computer and multi-tasking skills.

Experience in a law firm setting preferred.
