CONCRETE LABORER, FORM SETTER AND FINISHERS

Big Creek Construction is seeking concrete laborers, form setters and finishers in the Waco, TX/Central Texas areas.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Spread concrete to the specified depth using a concrete vibrator or hand tools

Level, Smooth, and shape surfaces of freshly poured concrete, using a straight edge and float or power screed.

Finish concrete surfaces using power trowel, broom, or hand trowel

Remove rough or defective spots from concrete with abrasive stone or grinder and create a textured or broomed finished surface.

mold expansion joins and edges using edging tools, jointers and straight edge.

May break up and repair old concrete surfaces using pneumatic tools.

Lift, carry, and hold construction materials, tools, and supplies

Clean tools, equipment, materials and work areas.

Qualifications

2 years of experience preferred

Must be able to pass a physical and drug/breath alcohol screen
