Looking For Skilled Builder and Laborer (Framing and Finish Work)

Hello Craigslist,

Kelly and Associates, LLC is offering 2 full-time positions in the Olympia area, one to a skilled Carpenter who has experience in both framing and finish work as well as everything in between and one to a Laborer to assist in general construction. In this case, these people will be working in a shop on private property, building custom Saunas for a local Sauna company. There will be an expectation for Time-Frame and Quality to be met for each build that is required.

Kelly and Associates will offer:

Paid Holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years).

End of the year bonus based on production and performance.

4 - 10 Schedule. Monday - Thursday 10 Hr. days. 7AM -5PM.

There are a few things that we are going to require in order to hire for our skilled builder position:

1: At least 3 years of carpentry experience, both framing and finish work (No exceptions). Experience in other building trades (roofing, insulation, tile, etc.) is a plus.

2: You must be able to learn and adapt to working with us.

3: Requires a self-motivated individual who has a strong attention to detail and the ability to be self-sufficient and productive.

4: Ability to be respectful, work well with others, and take constructive criticism.

5: You must have a valid ID, I9, and transportation.

Our Laborer position requires no experience but does require a fantastic attitude and the ability to work with our team to meet our specific needs. This position does require valid ID, I9 and transportation.
