This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and efficiency.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers, IT resources and business teams to implement business requirements.
Perform system testing and validation procedures.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.
Assist in the development of ServiceNow governance and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow development and administration.
Skills and Abilities:
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Special Requirements: Ability to travel occasionally for training, remote office visits or conferences. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
Advanced certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily indoors in an office setting.
Exposure to standard office equipment and noise levels.
