OR Secretary Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $18.19 - $27.29 an hour - Full Time, Days. 30 hours a week. Boulder Community Health is seeking an OR Secretary who, under the supervision of the Service Coordinator in OCC/PACU or Surgical Services, assists in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activities occurring at the OCC/PACU or OR desk. Communicates effectively with public, peers, patients, physicians, clinicians, etc. Maintains log books and monthly statistical data. Must be able to appropriately handle scheduling problems that arise with impartial, tactful judgment. Relays all pertinent information in a timely manner. Maintains area in a neat, well supplied, and orderly appearance. Answers telephone and intercom, takes messages, and communicates messages to appropriate person. Prepares charts for DC to Medical Records. Provides requested records and information to other hospital departments and outside agencies. Greets patients, families, visitors, etc. upon arrival to OCC/PACU or OR desk.
