This entry-level role requires the ability to concisely and fluently create written communications on a variety of platforms and has an ownership mindset. Content Creation: Support production of high-quality written and digital content that is engaging and appropriate for our diverse audience segments.
Project Management: Organize and manage the production of company-wide internal communications.
Collaboration: Work across the organization to support our culture and communications strategy.
Support Initiatives: Develop and execute culture initiatives, with a focus on inclusion, diversity, recognition and volunteerism and philanthropy.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing employee wellness initiatives and community partnership events.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills you can demonstrate: Exceptional writing skills. Outstanding listening skills. The ability to creatively problem solve. Ask thoughtful, relevant questions. The ability to riff, ideate and think creatively. Receive feedback, and then operationalize that input as demonstrated through new behaviors and/or performance.
Relentlessly positive attitude. A sterling work ethic. Ownership mentality. Proactive hand raiser, action oriented. Curious about how things work.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Able to work in person 4 days a week in Stamford, CT.
