About the Role:
We are looking for an RDA who is not only skilled and efficient but also a true team player with a positive attitude to contribute towards the growth of the office. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care, is adaptable, and communicates well with both patients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in general dentistry (RDA).
- Skills: Friendly, punctual, and organized with excellent communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Eaglesoft, iTero scanning, and CT scanning is a plus.
- Traits: Trustworthy, honest, dependable, and professional with focus on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality X-rays.
- Take accurate impressions and create temporary crowns.
- Adhere to proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Effectively communicate with patients, delivering outstanding care.
- Support team efficiency by assisting with front office tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with labs, including case preparation and follow-up.
- All other duties associated with the RDA/DA role.
- Help with Front office or other office tasks as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
