You will determine and implement effective strategies to successfully mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment. Your proven expertise in EHS will be instrumental in driving our ambitious goals and supporting our commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain world-class environmental health and safety programs
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs
Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
Develop and update safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related scientific subject area such as Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering. Equivalent experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS roles
Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to effectively collaborate and lead initiatives

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $60,000.00–$90,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
