Cabinet Makers/Installers Needed
I am a Project Manager who manages home renovations for major insurance companies. These homes have sustained losses of various types caused by leaks, floods, fire and whatever other situations you could imagine. I am looking for skilled cabinet makers who I can call upon to measure, create 3-d renderings and provide measurements so the cabinets can be ordered. I will use the renderings you provide to send to the homeowner for the required signature needed to begin the ordering process.
We normally use Cabinetry 1951 (formally known as Timberlake Cabinetry) for all shaker products. We get a good discount which helps our budget. This also allows up to provide you with labor installation costs which will be very attractive for you. You provide the measurements to us, we will then order the cabinets.
I understand that you may be able to purchase cabinets yourself. It is possible that you can order the cabinets as long as the cost is reasonable and stays within the budget. In this scenario, we would pay you to order the cabinets and provide us a timeline for delivery and installation.
You must be able to:
Measure cabinets to be ordered
Provide 3-d Renderings showing color and style of cabinets
Rebuild boxes if necessary
Stain to match rebuilt boxes
Install new cabinets and trim (may include crown)
Install all hardware (pulls, soft close hinges, ect)
Dispose of old cabinets
You must have the following to be able to work:
Completed W-9
Current Certificate of Liability Insurance (minimum of $1,000,000.00)
Current copy of Certificate of Workman’s Comp Insurance OR copy of Workman’s Comp Exempt
Copy of FEID # or Social Security #
Current Sunbiz.org registration for Subcontractor
PAY PARAMETERS:
There is a 30-40 day Net as this is insurance related work. Many situations allow for partial upfront pay (50 %) upon initial start of job. I will NOT pay full amount of job prior to job being complete. If your lively hood depends strictly on the work I give you then this would not be a good fit for you. You must be able to survive with other work elsewhere while you wait for the 30-40 day Net payment after completing my project(s). Your goal here is to eventually to be busy enough where checks are constantly coming in throughout the month.
If you think you would be a good fit and you meet the above requirements, please reply to this email with your name or/and company name. your phone number and email. If I accept your inquiry, I will respond back to you with a subcontractor agreement for you to fill out and sign. You will be given additional instructions on how to provide the supporting documents to get started for work.
You MUST provide experience so I can get to know you and your company. Send pictures or/and website details for my review.
Thank you.
