Overview
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Duties:
Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
Utilize CCTV systems to oversee premises and identify any suspicious activities.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
