We are hiring for a permanent on site recruiter/manager for our client in the Norwood, MA area. This position is a hybrid of recruiting and HR functions. Retail Managers are also strongly encouraged to apply!salary: $58,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesJob Orders and Assignments:–ª Take job orders from those individuals designated by Client.–ª Notify Client departments with names of Contract Labor for assignments.–ª Arrange for replacements when necessary.–ª Conduct worksite evaluations, facility inspections and job observations to promote and ensure safety.Day to Day Contract Labor Management:–ª Oversee interviewing, recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, testing, and reference checking.–ª Orient new Contract Labor, administering all applicable forms.–ª Handle complaints or problems relating to Contract Labor, counseling Contract Labor as necessary.–ª Conduct performance management program with all Contract Labor.–ª Process payroll based on approved time.–ª Conduct employee engagement program.The essential functions of this role include: working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week Skills High VolumeSourcingHRISPayrollRecruit Qualifications Years of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
