Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and financial performance. The GM will ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly, maintains profitability, and upholds a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and food quality.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the restaurant’s standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
