Commercial and Residential Cleaner Needed

We are currently seeking a cleaner to join our Philadelphia team. All of the current jobs available are in the 19122 zip code, but there is potential for growth.

Responsibilities listed below:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform deep cleaning on the bathrooms daily

Stock supplies in bathrooms (soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc)

Notify management when new supplies need to be ordered

Perform cleaning duties such as floors (sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and wipe surfaces)

Indoor Window Cleaning

Trash Removal

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be reliable and have reliable transportation

Previous commercial or residential cleaning is required

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills
