Tasks for this position include testing, calibrating, cleaning and packaging both new and service instruments and assistance with a wide variety of instrument assembly tasks. We are seeking an applicant who is interested in growing with our company in a long term position.

Applicant must have a good mechanical aptitude, good manual skills, attentiveness to detail and ability to work well and efficiently with others. Computer, shipping/receiving and good communication skills are beneficial.

This full time position includes benefits of paid time off for all major holidays, voluntary wellness program bonuses and liberal monthly and annual profit share bonus. Starting Profit share and performance bonuses are not paid during a 90 day intro period. Compensation for a good match after the intro period includes a wage increase, paid major holidays, profit share and the 90 day accumulated monthly profit share and performance bonuses. Combined monthly and annual profit share and performance bonuses currently averages $14,000 per year.
