Job Description:
As a Server/Cashier, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, handling transactions, assembling poke bowls with fresh ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You’ll also help with stocking supplies, answering customer questions, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with menu selections
- Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and assemble poke bowls following our recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
