The Management Consultant designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.The candidate will be a Consultant/Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry. Large wholesale lenders are investing heavily in modernizing their business and technology to optimize straight-through processing, enhance client and employee experience, and reduce cost of ownership within the origination and portfolio monitoring space. Accenture is growing our practice to help our client navigate their transformational journeys. The Commercial Credit Origination Consultant/Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our lending offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.Skills include:
Industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate lending segments.
Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Wholesale credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, and portfolio monitoring.
Successful track record of management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
Commercial lending platforms expertise (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS)

Become a trusted partner for clients looking to solve critical business problem
Define clients' business and technology strategy.
Develop world-class operating models for Wholesale credit institutions.
Deliver Wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).
Develop of our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.
Build your reputation as an industry thought leader
Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)
Basic QualificationsHere’s What You Need:
3+ years relevant experience in management or technology consulting, and/or 5+ years of equivalent in the commercial banking industry
Experience working on project delivery in wholesale credit (sales, origination, fulfillment, portfolio monitoring) with relevant systems
A Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points If:
nCino expertise preferred, including nCino for lending and treasury management
You’ve got an advanced degree or financial industry certification
You’ve got experience selling and delivering financial services projects on time
