Maintenance Specialist III
Great full-time opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team!
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
carpentry with the ability to read plans and frame out a build
kitchen and bathroom remodeling
electrical
hvac and plumbing
desire to learn about code compliance
In this position, you will assist with:
ongoing repairs/maintenance at programs
program and individual moves
landscaping and snow removal as necessary
review site conditions and report to Facilities Manager
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
Pay Rate: $30.90/hour

Required Skills
Minimum of six years related and unsupervised experience required
Must have a valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
General working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades required; Oil and gas burner experience a plus
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Excellent interpersonal skills and basic computer skills
