IPhone Refurb/Polishing Technician

Responsible for the efficient, accurate, and quality repair of all apple iPhones; to include testing, certification, troubleshooting, cleaning, assembly, and appropriate documentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to.

Assist with operation and maintenance of Grinding and Polishing machine

Assist with repair of cell phones and other consumer electronics

Assist with keeping the repair department clean and organized

Requirements

Ability to lift 35 lbs (daily basis)

Ability to stand, bend, twist (daily basis)

Previous experience repairing cell phones/apple products

Previously worked in a “manufacturing” environment – an IFIXIT or Apple Store or body shop/auto detailing

Previous experience to do cell phone screen and battery changes

Previous machine operation and machine maintenance is a plus

Previous experience using a microscope is a plus

Detailed oriented

Must be organized

Must be willing to accept instruction and follow direction

Has a steady hand

Has good eyesight

Must understand instruction in English
