We are looking for someone with background dealing with studios, participating in bid submission, pre-production, shooting, recording and editing. Ideally, this person also has background in art content (photography, design, illustration, animation).Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production.

Maintains communication with Creative, Account, Project Management, and Resource Management to facilitate workflow.

Sources and presents production budgets and schedules, and addresses production related questions for internal and external clients.

Provides input for director and vendor selection process.

Remains current on industry and technological trends.

Identifies potential legal issues and interfaces with Agency legal counsel to resolve issues.

Formalizes bid specs and bid packages

Formalizes art content estimates

Attends pre-production and on-set production

Actualizes and audits vendor invoices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, coupled with 5 – 10 years of experience. Health experience a plus.

Strong creative sensibility with a keen eye, knowledge and interest in design, animation, illustration, photography.

Strong research skills and eye on industry trends.

Experience / understanding of IP rights and copyright

Possesses strong visual storytelling skills

Understanding of the production landscape to advise on the most efficient ways to capture assets that can be used across all mediums (print, digital)

Ability to negotiate the range of usage /licensing rights related to static assets

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
