Local bathroom remodeling company is seeking a Part time Administrative Assistant for a small office.

Must have experience with QuickBooks, MS office, Email and Google research. Knowledge of the Acculynx software if helpful but not required.

Duties will include:

processing weekly payroll and weekly commission/bonuses for Sales rep and appointment setters. Will also process monthly sales bonus for sales reps.

Will assist two owners with various duties. Must be detail oriented and keep accurate records and filing for quick referencing. Booking travel arrangements for out of town installers.

Other duties may or will include processing: Weekly payroll, Monthly Gross Receipt and Quarterly 941/940 and UI taxes. using QB. Will make sure all business purchase receipts are entered into QuickBooks accurately. Will be required to assist others in troubleshooting of any phone, or basic IT issues.

Will be back up to the appointments setter in phones.
