Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager role, focusing on the build out of our operational insights and data optimization product. This position is an opportunity to lead the development and implementation of enterprise complaints, remediation and redress data insights and root cause analysis optimization. This role will support designing and leading delivery efforts for business and product use cases, leveraging Artificial Intelligence solutions that will optimize the outcomes for business lines and teams supporting identification and resolution of customer impacts and events. Critical success factors will include the ability to develop partnerships and influence positive outcomes with many business and functional areas and provide execution excellence for risk management and process optimization.In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies related to effective and flexible use of people, systems, structures, processes.
Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams.
Demonstrated success in combining operational excellence concepts, such as standardized work and problem solving/continuous improvement, with software-based technology implementations
Knowledge and understanding of customer Redress, Complaints and Remediation’s policies and regulations.
Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
