Job Description SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the commercialization efforts for on-market products and managing all aspects of launch marketing for relevant new products. This role orchestrates a successful hand-off of global assets at stage 4 of commercialization and ensures strategic alignment, seamless execution of downstream marketing activities, and drives business growth by maximizing the product's life cycle performance.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
On-Market Product Management: Lead ongoing marketing strategies, product positioning, and brand development for in-line products to ensure sustained growth and market share.
Launch Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market research, messaging, and sales enablement.
Downstream Marketing: Drive post-launch activities, including promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and performance tracking to optimize market penetration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global product team, executive team, sales, training, market access, medical affairs, and other teams to ensure cohesive product strategies.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to adjust marketing tactics and ensure alignment with business goals.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
Agency management: Manages all strategic and tactical agencies of record, ensuring alignment to strategy, execution of campaigns and optimization of marketing spend.
Executive communication and planning: Create annual strategic planning documents, drive the annual strategic plan and synthesize business and cross-functional strategic plan for relevant products/brands. Executive communication

Technical and clinical marketing and ability to translate clinical unmet need into strategy

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including product launch and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, including regulatory and market access environments.
Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
